Best workout equipment for the money?
If you were to get 1 piece of equipment to work out at home what would it be? I want something that is the best workout for the money, will provide results, and doesn't take up a HUGE HUGE amount of space but as long as it will provide results thats all I care about! Any suggestions would be great!

is it best to lose weight doing cardio THEN 30 day shred?
i`m confused as always :) i`ve read alot of places that the shred makes u build up muscle but if i want to lose is it not better to lose doing cardio then the shred to tone up?? what are the best fat burning exercises as oposed to building muscle as i don`t want bigger legs no matter how muscular so any tips?:laugh:

I was wondering what program or video's everybody is doing and how it is working for you. As of right now I am doing a Pick Your Spot Pilates with Ellan Barrett. Cals burned acording to MFP vs. the elliptical
When I do 30 min on the elliptical at my gym it usually tells me I burned 330 cals but when I enter 30 min on an elliptical on MFP it comes up w/ a much lower number. Which one is more accurate?

How do I stop bulking up?
My arms (in particular my biceps) are really starting to bulk up and look somewhat manly. How do I stop this? I have heard that lighter weights with more repetition tone rather than build mass, but when I even pick up a 7 or so pound weighted dumbbell I feel like it's absolutely nothing at all no matter how many reps I do.
