Polar F6 vs Polar F11
There is so much to know about heart rate monitors. I am wondering if someone by chance has tried both of these models. Polar F6 is on sale for $99. The Polar F11 is about 40 bucks more. Just wondering if its worth getting the F11 and how often the extra features are used.

exercising with foot injuries (surgery)
Hi all...I'm most likely going to have to have surgery on at least one, possibly both feet in Jan or Feb. hate doing weights
How can I get myslef to do strength training? I do cardio first, then I'm too tired/bored/whatever to do weights. And if I do them before cardio then I do less cardio. Does anyone workout barefoot?
I don't have sneakers, so I've always done my workouts (aerobics mostly) barefoot. Does anyone else workout barefoot? Is it a bad idea to continue like that? I've noticed more creaking in my knees lately, and some arch pain...but I was kind of hoping my feet would strengthen naturally if I continued barefoot.
