Jillian Micheals for Wii
Has anyone tried the new Jillian Micheals game for wii? I got it for christmas and Im not sure if its good or not, after 10 min of kinda running, I quit. Im gonna try again tomorow I hope its got a little more in store for me because i was hoping for something "serious" the wii fit seems more suited for kids. Any thoughts?

Just curious...I typically do a 45 minute workout a day, they very. But when I do my workout DVD (jullian Micheals, Teabo, etc.) they are about 40 minutes and I typically burn about 400 calories (according to HRM polar f6) My question is why would every once in a while I burn 525. broken toe
I broke my toe about a week ago. It feels a little better but I'm still not sure if I'm ready to get back to the gym. Does anyone know how long I should wait untill getting back to my regular workout? I usually run about 5 miles twice a week and hit the gym for strength training 3 times a week.
