I started C25K today and I have to admit keeping track of the times was confusing so I made myself a cheat sheet. I can't figure out how to attach it here. It is an Excel file. I confused myself....question about reps
So if you are doing lunges. Would one set be both legs? 1 set =2 legs X 10 lunges =20 reps or would one leg be a set? 2sets= 1 leg X 10 lunges = 10 reps 1 leg X 10 lunges = 10 reps I totally confused myself...HALP MEH!!:sad:

I just got the shape ups shoes
Well I just bought these shoes, I partly got them to help with severe back pain after accident but they are supposedly also be to make walking more effective anyone got any comments. All reviews were good.

How did you log the 30 day shred level 1 in your exercise? I searched for it but nothing came up. Did you add each jumping jack, lunge, etc.? That seems like it'd take forever to add in.

Power Plate My3 and Weight Loss

So I did what any hardcore runner faced with 35-50mph winds

A few questions about exercise
When I check on MFP- I entered in a goal of 5 days of exercise a week- 30 minutes each day...... and it said with the carlorie amount it suggests for my weight/height/age and the exercise that I will lose 2lbs by FEBRUARY 6th? lol... Used My HRM for the first time today
It was pretty neat, it had a feature I didn't even know about. I went to the Y and got on the elliptical...and somehow it linked to the machine I was on and kept my HR displayed the whole time.
