Ello! So, I am considering purchasing this new exercise program called INsanity by Shaun T (The guy from hip hop abs). I watched this paid programming last night. It sounds promising but I wanted to know if anyone has tried the program with real results. Fill me in.....are there any insanity survivors out there??

huge difference in scales
staying in a hotel and hit the gym this morning...woo hoo. the best part was that the "professional" scales showed a huge difference in weight. LIke 40 pounds difference... two questions: 1) Is this normal? I tared the scales and everything. 2) Can I take these scales home with me?

Cycling
Cycling is the way to go. Went on a 45 min ride last night and BAM 375 Calories burned. Very good exercise works many muscles and very good aerobic exercise. Will plan a long ride for Saturday :)
