Small fitness ball and dvd sold at Aldi's
Just a heads up if you see this it is a great buy. The ball is very sturdy and the work out is amazing! I was super tight but not major sore the next day but could feel the results. It last only about 30 minutes and is worth the 5.99 I payed for it. Going to use this 3x's a week and see how it goes.

I am excited!
So I just finished Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred, and though it was still very intense and challenging, I found it ever so slightly easier than Day 1! Yay! It kind of surprised me, but I like it.
