Elliptical vs. Treadmill
I was just wondering if anyone knows why you burn so many calories on the elliptical when you feel like you aren't doing anything and you burn nearly the same and sometimes less on the treadmill and you are running yourself to death! Is there a reason for this?

I just got a treadmill for Christmas and have been running 30 minutes everyday. I'm up to 3.64km in 30 minutes. I don't know how good this is? Can anyone help?

If you guys get all your "calories burned" for the week done in a two or three days, do you keep excercising the rest of the week?

Hi everyone! New to My Fitness Pal and I have a question. My baby is 5 weeks old and I am so ready to start exercising again and lose some of this baby weight. My daily calorie count is 1200 but that with an hour of exercise a day concerns me. I don't want to lose my milk or affect my baby in any way. Any suggestions?

I just started Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred ( and it kicked my @$$)..anyways-my question is does anybody know if there is a way to log it in our exercise?
