Steady decrease in calories
I've been exercising 6 days a week for almost a year now and estimated my exercise calories. I got a heart rate monitor for Christimas ! Love the gadget, and realized I had been over-estimating what I burn during exercise. Now... after 3 weeks of wearing my HRM, I can see that calories I burn are steadily decreasing even…

Core workout
What do you all do to tone your core (tummy, back, sides)? I had two kids, both c-section so I have what I lovingly call my "shelf" and don't feel my abs hurt after working out so I want to try and target my core. Any tips?

Stress Heart Rate / Calorie burn
I wore my heart monitor to work so I wouldn't keep forgetting to put it on when I walk at lunch. I just noticed that every time I hear my manager's voice my heart rate jumps up to 60-70% of my max. When you put down your exercise on MFP after playing the wii, what do you put it under? I just did boxing, so would I put it under actual boxing? 'Cause what I did was put it under boxing/punching bag, but I don't know if that would be right. Worked up quite a sweat in only ten minutes. haha.
