Tae Bo
So I tried Tae Bo for the first time this morning and I was able to keep up! I think it was about a month ago when I first attempted a cardio workout and had to stop after the warmup, lol. :blushing: Anyway, it was good fun. I think I'll go for P90X Kenpo tomorrow.

5k question for all you runners, please???
Okay, so I'm running my first 5k next Sunday-- so what is the wisest way to continue running/training this week? I've been running 4-5 times a week, generally though on a 3 day on, one day off-- but sometimes four days straight-- Should I run Saturday at all? Eat pasta? What?? Guidance would be most appreciated--

My dog stole my weights

What is the best Gym Cardio?
When I go to they gym i usually run for 20-25 minutes on the treadmill and use the stationary bike for 10-15 minutes. Is this the best use of my time? I will mix it up my playing squash or other activities outside. Thoughts/suggestions/comments?
