Cardio
I was wondering if any one knew a great Cardio work out i can do at home??? I don't have a gym or anything just weights, floor mat and that's about it.. So is there anything i can do to get a good cardio workout with out having to leave my house... Im doing Biggest Loser sculpting but need more then that!!!

Heart Rate Monitors?
I have questions galore! Where do you find good-yet-not-too-spendy ones? Also, Does anyone know how to calculate how many calories you burned based on your actually heart rate (Or percentage of max) instead of by what activity you're doing? I'd think that'd be much more accurate, but that's just me... Any ideas?

Pre-workout Snack for Morning Cardio
