Ok I have been trying to work out about 4 times a week. I sometimes ride my Stamina Air Bike 950 that has a screen on it that shows the time,distance and calories. Hip Hop Abs
I LOVE Hip Hop Abs and get a good calorie burn from it (over 600 cals in 1 hour!), but I'm wondering if anyone out there has had significant abs results from this DVD? I'd like to put my efforts towards the DVD's in my collection that seem to be working well for others too. Erika

Running.... yay for me!!
So, I just got back from the gym and I'm pretty happy with what I did!! My goal was to run 1.5 miles and I did it... I didn't do it all at one time like I wanted to, but I still did it. I ran the first mile at 5.5 & 6.0, then walked 0.5 miles at 3.5, then jogged the last 0.5 at 5.0. Total 2.0 miles.

knee and ankle pain
Since I have started doing the 30 Day Shred - I have been having ankle and knee pain. I assume it is from all of the jumping she has you do during cardio. My question is: Is there any way to strengthen your knees and ankles so that they don't hurt during this type of exercise? Thanks!:drinker:

Im not big on exercising by ANY stretch of the imagination, but I DID manage to do 30 mins on the tread mill today (15 mins in a.m. & 15 mins in the afternoon) and.......lo 'n behold, I didn't die!! polar hrm compared to treadmill monitor
OMG I just purchased a polar HRM and today compared it to my treadmill--- polar said I burnt 350 calories and my treadmill said 700... I have been going by my treadmill ffor calories.
