Okay...I walked last night almost 3 miles for about 45 miles at a fast pace.......I am back to walking again and I feel good........I stopped walking and was eating instead.....sooo Im back to my exercise routine and Im very happy with myself...:happy:

Treadmill Trick
I used to watch the read-out screen just waiting until I was finished with my alloted time to walk. I decided to cover the screen and just walk. I am continually going at least twice as long as I had planned. It really is mind over matter. I have lost two more pounds this week as a result!!

Diminishing returns from jogging?
I just started the whole couch25k thing and I've noticed something... it seems that my calories burnt with each trip out this week have gone down by about 20 with each session. I've tried doing a search in past posts to find the answer but I can't find the solution I'm looking for. Does anyone know why my calories burned from exercise are getting less? I just joined last week and it said for my 60 min of walking at 3.0 that I would burn 295 calories. It is now saying only 288?

Running.... yay for me!!
So, I just got back from the gym and I'm pretty happy with what I did!! My goal was to run 1.5 miles and I did it... I didn't do it all at one time like I wanted to, but I still did it. I ran the first mile at 5.5 & 6.0, then walked 0.5 miles at 3.5, then jogged the last 0.5 at 5.0. Total 2.0 miles.
