I just bought one and absolutely love it! I went for a 2 1/2 hr walk and burned 861 calories!! It will be nice to know what I am actually burning (the numbers on MFP aren't accurate) and how much harder/longer I need to work to reach my desired calorie loss.

appendix surgery... when should I workout again.
I just had my appendix removed. I haven't been to my follow up appointment yet but I am bummed that I haven't worked out for a week and a half. Does anyone know when it is safe to workout again? I hope it is not too long. :sad:

OMG I LOVE MY HRM

So I went to see my Dr and they did an EKG and think that I have tachycardia since I had to lay still for the EKG and my rate was still in the mid hundreds. Sticking with it
