Snowmobiling anyone???

Kayaking
I went kayaking today... we left at about 8 AM and got done at 2:30 PM. We stopped 3 times for a total of about 2 hours.... which means I kayaked for 4.5 hours, = 270 minutes, = almost 1500 calories. WOOHOOO!! Needless to say..... I ate a LOT today!
