Need some info...
I have been walking on my treadmill for almost a month 5 times a week. I want to start adding or replacing some of these workouts with something else. What I am looking for is a heavy bag routine. Does anyone know of a DVD that has boxing/heavy bag on it. I have one in my basement and want an actual routine. Thanks.

I'm a stay at home mom with 3 kids. All day long I'm running around the house cleaning up behind them, doing laundry, washing dishes etc. Does all that count as exercise?

Okay, I think I have this concept right. If not, please correct me! Lower reps at a higher weight make your muscles bigger. Higher reps at a lower weight make your muscles toned. Right? walking while pushing a stroller
im sure this is obvious... but if you walk with a stroller (and kid =p) you look up walking and record those calories and then you look up pushing a stroller and ALSO add those calories, right?

feeling frustrated
because on my 4.2 mile walk I am not sure if I am close enough on "guessing" calories burned. I don't have a heart monitor, yet, and so I just guesstimate. So I had a crappy
day yesterday. I did not feel like exercising or doing much else. So I didn't. Instead I over ate. Still gotta figure out by how much though. Anyways, if you have a bad day eating or working out do you try to make up for it the next day by working out more?

I started doing crunches last night. 100 last night 100 tonight. I do not hold my hands behind my head because I hear that is bad. My neck and back are hurting so bad from doing it.....Any tips to fix this? What am I doing wrong? Thanks :smile:

side cramps?
Lately, I have been getting a bad cramp in my right side during cardio. I usually do the elliptical machine for 45 minutes, 6 days a week. I drink lots of water and always eat something before working out. When my side cramps, I usually slow down a bit, and work through it. Any ideas on what causes this or how to stop it?…
