so the weather is yucky outside. my motivation for dragging my butt out of bed, swaddling myself in 5 million layers and trekking the fifteen minute walk to the rec? nonexistant... off to bed. EVERYONE ELSE, GO TO THE GYM!!! (do as i say, not as i do)

How do you log in Wii Fit workouts?
I just got this yesterday & absolutely love it but how do you guys log in the exercises? Like last night I worked out a total of 30 minutes but it was broken up into 2-5 minute sessions of different exercises. Would I just log it as aerobic? Thanks for the help!

i love the firm videos they use the 12 inch steps but they also use weights should i just put it as high impact or count it as the 12 inch step arobics? i'm a little confused on what to count it as any help out there

What order do you exercise in?
I know a lot of people rotate days between cardio and strength, but I've got to do certain strength exercises every day for physical therapy. When I put in my exercise time on whatever machine I used at the gym, it automatically puts a calorie amount in the other box. It's always different from the number on the machine at the gym. Who is right????:huh:

Just received my HRM in the mail today and used it with my Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVD. I did 3 miles, which according to Leslie Sansone's site should burn about 375 calories. stress fracture?
Our training group had a 7 mile run yesterday and towards the end I got this horrible pain in the bottom of my foot and toes. I am limping badly today. The trainer said to get it xrayed for a stress fracture if it doesn't get better. Anyone else have a stress fracture? Help! Bunny
