I saw them do this on Biggest Loser because it uses different sets of muscles. I tried it today after my normal 60 min workout. (Had my hubby standing by incase I wiped out!) weird knee irritation

Feeling under the weather today.
I took my blood pressure and it read top was 92 and the bottom was 63 . My pulse was 86. Is this low blood pressure? It is that time of the month too. I just feel dizzy, shaky and weak. I ate a bowl of coco pebbles today and now about to eat Mc donalds. Hopefully I will feel better.:sick:

Power 90 - still a good work out or not.
I'm tipping the sclaes at 280 or so and have lifted free weights for years....after a layoff I went from 20+ pushups to now I can hardly do a pushup....is that even possible or normal.. :ohwell: I am thinking some cardio and fat loss is what I need...work on the muscle later.... I finally did it!
