Day 90
So today is day 90 of Power 90 for me. I lost a total of 17 pounds over the course of the 90 days. I'm quite pleased with that, but I wonder what might have been....At first my attitude was, "I'm working out now, I don't have to change my eating habits all that much." Initially, that was ok. I think I lost 5-6 pounds…

Blood Sugar problems after working out
Hi, Just wanted to see if anyone else experiences this? During my workout (usually once I hit the 40-50 mins mark on the Elliptical) I get a low blood sugar reaction. Not sure if my blood sugar is really low or not but I feel very shaky, weak, and an overwhelming feeling like I need to eat ASAP. I struggle to get home real…

My new Exercise Routine
I just turned 42, last week, on the 22nd. My 24-year-old son presented me with the only present I got. It was an exercise video. I've seen it in Wal-mart before, but it never really appealed to me so I never thought to buy it. It sounded to boring. I had a hard enough time walking a mile down the street. The next day,…

Eating your exercise calories!
Okay, I know why we are supposed to eat out exercise calories but when I was reading how many calories some of you burn a day it made me question if we are supposed to eat that much. Say you set your caloric intake to 1200 a day. But then you exercise and burn 1000 does that mean you are supposed to eat 2200 calories?

6 Pack Abs - Gymnast Style Abdominal Exercises
One of the questions I get asked most often is: What exercises do gymnasts do to train their abdominals? People are always in awe of the strength gymnasts possess.
