ABS
I have seen every kind of crunch out there. The most recent is holding on to one of those balnce things (plank) and than raising your leg and if you have the strength to the side. It is very intense. Does anyone have a suggestion to target my core/abs (my weak spot) and really make them BURN!?:devil:

Zumba DVD?
Does anyone know of I good Zumba DVD? We do Zumba twice a week in workout class downstairs, but I can't get enough, it's so fun! I want something with at least 50% pop songs though, not just songs I don't know. :laugh: Is there anything like that out there?

MFP Runners Club 2-5-09
Went out today for the first time in about 2 weeks and ran 3.5 miles. It was a balmy 13 degrees with a wind chill of 3. Had to avoid a lot of icy sidewalks but the coffee time at starbucks afterwards was nice. Have a great day runners and stay warm. :flowerforyou:
