WII Fit
Anyone using this for excersize? I own one and love it. I love the hula hooping and am a hula hooping queen. You can REALLY feel it in your abs and legs. I also love the skiing, and ski jumping. The other balance games are good but a bit slow for me.

My first 5K!!!
I am happy to say I looked my nemesis straight in the face and finished my first adventure 5K!!! It was so much fun! Maybe running isn't so bad afterall. My teammate and I finished 3.08 miles + 5 obstacles in 33minutes 26 seconds....Not too bad for a first timer! Now I am looking for my next fun run.

5K Walk/Run
My hubby and I are signing up to do a 5k walk/run on Feb 14. I know I won't be running it but at least I am going to do the walk. It's to benefit the local Child Advocacy Center in my area. I am excited. I haven't done a walk/run in almost 10 years!!!! Yeah!!!! Memaw

jogging v.s. walking
i was surprised to see that i was alotted more calories for jogging at 3.5 mph for a 1/2 hour, than walking at 3.5 mph for 1/2 hour! :noway: what do u think? :heart:

Just ran my first 5k!!
Me and my mom ran a 5k! We finised the race in 36 minutes, but it took about 10 minutes to even reach the starting line beacause of all the people, and then having to navigate through all the people. So subtracting that we figure its about 26minutes at the most so we did at least a 10 minute mile!!

My school is doing a fitness challenge by keeping track of how many steps we take during the day. My problem is yesterday I hiked about 4 miles carrying about 30 lbs of gear.
