Burning pain in surface of the big toe, an electrical shock feeling and some skin numbness, possibly under skin also. SAME symptoms in leftside of left knee. Would this be enough?
Sorry for my billion posts today :embarassed: If I were to get a treadmill and walked/ran on it 4 times a week and also did a strength/toning dvd 2-3times a week would that be enough? I don't want to fork out a huge amount of money on a treadmill then find out I need to add in a lot of other things too. I'll be out and…

Hubbys son stays once a week too. I would love a treadmill but have no idea of where I would be able to keep it? There is room in the lounge for it to…

step counters/pedometer
If anyone likes to track their steps each day, I have found the most comfortable pedometer yet. In the past I have used many and they always pinched or rubbed on my skin. I recently purchased a WALKING ADVANTAGE 345 by SPORTLINE. It fits comfortably and looks ok too. It helps to make sure you are walking the recommended…

Hi ladies. . .I'm returning to humanity. . .feeling much better.
