Chin splints?
I have been walking/jogging on my treadmill and noticed that yesterday and today my shins are sore. It's not really the muscle, but more the bone. Has anyone experienced this? I am in need of some relief and some stretches to improve this. I am thinking I shoud lay off the jogging and just do the brisk walking.... :huh:

day 2 of hitting the gym
So yesterday was my first day at the gym in a year I had a great workout- I worked my triceps and chest along with my cardio I burned 731 calories yesterday So today me and the hubby hit the gym for round 2. Went back to the gym
Today was my first day back into the gym this year. I was able to get the kids ready and out the house with no problem. I ran three miles in 40 minutes and even had enough energy to take the kids to the park afterwards. Now lets see if I can keep it up...that's the real challenge.
