strange stomach pains
i have been keeping up my regular exercise regime but have absolutely no appetite, and only am eating to sustain myself right now. my stomach feels strange, not so much pain but a very high level of discomfort. any experts out here??

Has anyone figured out how many calories a person typically burns doing the level 1 of the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd? I tried but cant seem to figure it out. Thanks

HELP PLEASE!!
I am sooo frustrated with my new HRM. I have the Polar F11 and am having trouble with it picking up my HR. I've tried everything in the book. It worked a couple days ago great and now flashes the HR and then goes to 00. I'm so frustrated, I just bought it. What can I do? Anybody?:sad:

Jillian Michaels Boost your Metabolism
I did this workout on Exercise TV on demand today...holy crap I'm winded! (but in a good way) . I really like Jillian's workouts :bigsmile: I burned almost 400 calories in 55 minutes. what a great way to get back into it after a weekend off!

my heart rate
ok my standing rate with polar f-6 was like 80-100 BPM and when I started my run today I do the wii fit for 30 mins in my living it jumps to over 200 BPM and I do not feel like I am really running hard or too fast Is that because I am not in good shape and the more I do exercises better it will get? thanks in advance!!!

I love my Polar F-6!!!!
I got it yesterday so i tried it out finally today and did wii fit 30 min run and burned 362 calories and did 12 min ab video and burned 77 so made me feel good to know how many actual cals I burned during workout!!!

Elliptical Recommendations
I want to purchase an elliptical machine. But, there are so many makes and models to choose from, and such a wide range of prices, I am quickly getting flustered! Can anyone recommend one, or on the other hand, steer me away from a poor choice? Thanks!

What do you do?
What do you do when you've had a particularly strenuous exercise and the next day - hurt to move? LOL I don't know why, but I do it everytime. I push too hard (especially the leg exercises) and then have trouble sitting or walking or standing or moving in general..... It goes away in a few days but until then, it is tough…

I weighed myself this morning before working out and I was 143lb. When I got back from working out my scale said 144lb. Is there a reason why I would weight a pound more when I didn't eat? Could be because of water?
