Exercise ball
Do sitting on the exercise ball for 1 hour cout for calories or is strenght building? I have been sitting on it everytime I sit in front of the TV so I can work my core and balance.

How many calories do you think this burned off?
I just carried my 14 pound baby in a baby carrier and picked up groceries which I carried on my back (they weighed 12 pounds). I walked for about 30 minutes in total. Any guesses on how many calories I burned as I don't have a HRM yet :happy:

Exercise Calories Burned
I think I am going by on those things that counts how many calories you burn. I don't know how to enter in my dvd's that I do and I feel like I am getting cheated out of calories. Power90

I have seen every kind of crunch out there. The most recent is holding on to one of those balnce things (plank) and than raising your leg and if you have the strength to the side. It is very intense. MFP Runners Club 2-5-09
Went out today for the first time in about 2 weeks and ran 3.5 miles. It was a balmy 13 degrees with a wind chill of 3. Had to avoid a lot of icy sidewalks but the coffee time at starbucks afterwards was nice. Have a great day runners and stay warm. :flowerforyou:
