I just did my first Zumba class tonight, and now I am beat! That was an amazing workout, loved it. Can't wait to go back!! Anyone else going to classes near them?

exercise calories
I went over my cals today by 800 and I can do an hour cardio and burn those 800 but is that realistic? I know with weight watchers we were only allowed to use so many of our activity points ie: even if we earned 10 exercise points we could only use up to 6 i think it was. whats your take on this? will I still lose weight…

so i see everone warning that you might gain weight but ive lost 11pounds since i started the gym 4days a week JAN first i do 50mins of cardio sometimes an hour along with 45mins strengh training and crunchs and reverse crunchs but i haent gained weight??? i now have firm muscular arms and my legs are ALOT more toned…

How did everybody do today? I got up at 5:00 and went to the gym to lift weights and do a speed workout. I ran three minute intervals of jogging and running (5.5 mph and 7.0 mph.) It was a good start to the day. Hope everybody else had a good run today!:flowerforyou:

Week 2 of no scale!
It's harder than I thought - After having the number not go anywhere, I decided I'm not going to weigh myself for a month and just take measurements. I'm finding my attitude on a lot of this weighed ( No pun intended) on the number I saw each week. Anyone else like this??

question about walking??
Okay so I'm new here. Hi, I'm Star :happy: Anyway, I decided to go for a walk yesterday to get my cardio in. Usually I dance around the house like a fool lol! Well, halfway through my walk, I noticed my back was killing me!! Why would my back hurt so much from walking? I have a really high arch in case you need to know.

My employer is kicking-off a company sponsored walking event today. They will be giving participants pedometers to keep track of miles. We have our meeting in 30 minutes to find out all the details.
