Morning vs. Evening Exercise
Does it make any difference to your overall weight loss if you exercise in the morning or in the evening?

Week 2 of no scale!
It's harder than I thought - After having the number not go anywhere, I decided I'm not going to weigh myself for a month and just take measurements. I'm finding my attitude on a lot of this weighed ( No pun intended) on the number I saw each week. Anyone else like this??

question about walking??
Okay so I'm new here. Hi, I'm Star :happy: Anyway, I decided to go for a walk yesterday to get my cardio in. Usually I dance around the house like a fool lol! Well, halfway through my walk, I noticed my back was killing me!! Why would my back hurt so much from walking? I have a really high arch in case you need to know.

Hooray for supportive employers!

I took a step aerobics class and before the end of it my shins were on FIRE....They hurt sooo bad....Does anyone have any tips on how to alleviate shin splint pain or any precautions I can take to prior to work out to prevent the pain in the beginning?!?

Chin splints?
I have been walking/jogging on my treadmill and noticed that yesterday and today my shins are sore. It's not really the muscle, but more the bone. Has anyone experienced this?
