Im Soo mad at myself
When i started this about 4 weeks ago i was watching what i was eating... Also on the weekends... I lost about 8 lbs... Now i got it back :frown: I ate like a PIG this past weekend.... oh im so mad :mad: I gained back 6 lbs. Today is a "recovery cardio" (light and short) day. So, just thirty minutes on either the treadmill or elliptical, my waters and my vits. How much cardio are you doing daily? I just started almost 2 weeks ago (when I bought my treadmill) and am now doing 40 min per day at about a 3.5 brisk walk (almost a jog).
