I did great today...and it ain't over!
I went to the gym this morning and did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and then some weight lifting. I came home and did 20 minutes with the Wii Fit I just came back from doing lane swimming where I swam for 45 minutes. The dogs will want to go for a walk too I feel great but I bet I sleep like a log tonight!!!
