HELP! I want to add Level 2 with BL Bootcamp DVD!
I am SOOO frustrated. I am really comfortable at level 1 now after a month and a half (not 2 weeks like he says) and I want to add level 2 but my body is like WHOA whenever I start it. I give up 2 minutes in. Should I just go through the motions until I get comfortable and not beat myself up that I cant do it immediately?…

How accurate is the calorie burn on this site?
Hello, I've heard that gym equipment over estimate how many calories you burn. At the gym, the machine I use says I burn 600 calories in an hour. This site says 900. So, which should I enter?? Thanks for your help. :smile:

Wii Fit Question
Hey, everyone! I have been using the wii fit for about a month now, along with diet and some moderate exercise. I have lost 10 pounds, which seems to be a good healthy rate. Proud of my progress
Today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill with a 5 minute warm up between 2.5 and 3.0 then into a walk interval with run for 30 seconds to increase heart rate every 6 minutes. Then I did a 30 minute routine that I customized from Tracy Anderson's ideas on youtube. Yee ha!

If I go on a treadmill and use an ellpitcal everyday for 30
I usually go on the treadmill for 20 mins and go on the elliptical for 15 mins and do abs for 10 mins...what other exercises should i do...if i do those exercises daily and rest once a week..will i lose weight and tone?

Half Marathon
