S.B.F. Challenge. . . Feb 15th
Today is a "recovery cardio" (light and short) day. So, just thirty minutes on either the treadmill or elliptical, my waters and my vits. How much cardio are you doing daily? I just started almost 2 weeks ago (when I bought my treadmill) and am now doing 40 min per day at about a 3.5 brisk walk (almost a jog). Ever since I started gaining weight, it mostly went to my belly and face..I know there is nothing I can really do about my face, right? But..I can't get my stomach to shrink. Ok, well I got the Gazelle and I did it.....

Am I tweaking the machine right?
I'm too broke for an HRM, so I need the machines to give me an approximation of calories burned. But they are notoriously unreliable, usually not in our favor. So, I weigh 142 pounds. If I put in 132 pounds for the weight, will the reading be closer to accurate?
