I have been going to the track here lately. jogging a mile at first walking half. then i try to do bleachers. I started out doing 28 steps 5 times and i am now doing it 7 times. Do any of yall run bleachers.

I just found a trainer named Tracy Anderson on Youtube, she works with Gwenyth Paltrow and Madonna and she had some great tips for free. I'm a Youtuber but I need to be more of a doer instead of watching. I hope this is helpful. I am so grateful for this website. Thanks for all of these exercise tips.

exercise calories
I went over my cals today by 800 and I can do an hour cardio and burn those 800 but is that realistic? I know with weight watchers we were only allowed to use so many of our activity points ie: even if we earned 10 exercise points we could only use up to 6 i think it was. whats your take on this? will I still lose weight…

How did everybody do today? I got up at 5:00 and went to the gym to lift weights and do a speed workout. I ran three minute intervals of jogging and running (5.5 mph and 7.0 mph.) It was a good start to the day. Hope everybody else had a good run today!:flowerforyou:
