What is your workout schedule?
Right now I'm doing cardio 6 days a week (that's the plan anyways). I need to get some weights in there, but should I take days off of cardio to do weights or throw it in there too? Also, without hand weights, just using my body what and how many reps should I do? Strength training has always been my downfall.

Today I went for a brisk walk for 24 minutes and it equals out to be 141 burned calories... my new exercise bike has a plug into the wall power instead of batteries like the old one. Does anyone have an exercise maching that plugs in also? Do you leave it plugged in when not using it?

WATP DVD's
Does anyone use the Leslie Sansone walking DVD's? I have the 1-2-3 mile that you can also use the 2lb balls with? How do you record this for exercise? How many calories burned? They are 15-30-45 minutes, and then the wts are added after the walk has started. Any info would be great! THANKS!
