How often are ya'll exercising? My plan only calls for 3 times for 3 minutes. I've worked out 20 minutes, 50 minutes, 20 minutes, 40 minutes. Should I work out more?

I have a question. I am burning 250 or so calories a day. I do a 20 minute tape with weights (131 calories burned) and then I ride my bike 20 mins (125 Calories burned). Dancing With The Stars!
I tried out the Dancing With The Stars Dance Cardio DVD and it totally rocked. I did it three days this week and I can feel it working... You should try it out! I thought it was fun and I learned how to do some dance moves!... Just thought I'd share.

Anyone have a good ab workout they don't mind sharing. I just had a baby and my stomach still looks like I'm three or four months pregnant. After having my first one I lost most of the baby weight but still had a lot fat on my belly I'm not looking to have a six pack I just don't want to look pregnant. TIA
