Strength Training ?
Hi I have 2 questions about strength training. I started lifting weights last week and I wanted to know if it is normal to gain weight? I know muscle weighs more, but I wanted to know if that is enough to show on the scale. I also wanted to know if I should be eating my calories burned during strength training?

YaY! 50 minutes on the treadmill.
First night I've exercised in a long time. I had to argue myself through the ENTIRE thing. calorie counter for weights
Thanks to all for the welcomes and well wishes. Does anyone now why the calorie counter in the exercise section does not count anything except cardio? I worked out yesterday but the only thing that it would give me a calorie credit for was cardio. Thanks, Eric

MY calves hurt soooooooo bad.....

I'M SO BIG IT IS HARD TO DO EXERCISE RIGHT

Calories burned per week?
I"ve noticed that I'm burning a lot more calories per week than what MFP had my goal set at. It was set at 600 a week and so far I've been around 900 a week. Is that good/bad/indifferent? Where is everyone else at?
