30 Day Shred w/ HRM!
I did my 30 Day Shred (lev. 1) with my HRM today and wow!!! I burned 204 cals. And to think, I was inputting 135 cals burned before! :laugh:

I go to the gym and I can enter the treadmill calories burned because it tells me but I don't knw how to enter the machines on here. I do quite a few of them and don't know what they are technically called....HELP

Does myfitnesspal take into account the calories we burn from daily activity when calculating our predicted weightloss (you know when we log off at the end of the day)? because I am very active, and the exercises i log in aren't all i do all day long...

30 day shred + elliptical
I did 30 day shred then finished the workout on the elliptical + total time 45 minutes total calories 410 (I wear a HRM) Great workout gonna feel it tomorrow lol (pain is weakness leaving the body or so I am told lol) Have a great workout for those that havent done it yet

I started the 30 day shred this morning. I did the 1st video. IT KICKED MY BUTT! I loved it!:smooched: Im gonna do it maybe 3 days a week. I do cardio 1hr a day 6 days a week and on the days I do that video Im gonna do 40 min of cardio too. Does this sound like a good plan?:flowerforyou:

I just walked my first mile with Leslie Sansone. It was 14 minutes and 38 seconds!!! That is wonderful for me. Of course.... I feel like I could kill over, but I did it!!!!!! I'm so excited!!! Now tonight I will get on my stationary bike and see how long I can go. I am pumped!!!!!!!!!!!!:tongue:
