HELP!! Under protein and carbs but above fats

Is it possible to be above grams of fat, protein, and sugar per day and under 1000 calories? When I do the math with the values from myfitnespal and 4 calories per gram of carbohydrates, protein and sugar and 9 calories per gram of fat I'm 250 - 300 calories above the calories it says I've eaten. shot glass?
i don't own a measuring tool to measure how much a shot glass is... I got three different sizes. 1 tall one, 1 short one, and 1 Mexican Shot Glass (straight from Cabo San Lucas that a friend gave to me). Hello, I was wondering about how the calorie counts on the menu at Cheesecake Factory work. For example the filet Mignon says its 870 calories does this include the vegetable and mashed potatoes that come with it or just the steak itself. Silly calories question.
Silly question that has been bugging me. When you have a per 100g calorie figure for something like an avocado or a peach (i.e. something with a stone or core that you don't eat) is that calorie count for 100g of the flesh? Or are you supposed to put the whole avocado, stone and all, on the scale?
