I bought some low carb tortillas that say low carb with only 50 calories but it says on the front of the package 4 net carbs but on the back it’s more I think 16 I guess what I’m asking what is the difference between them and which do you count for a low carb diet

Difference in calorie count
I’ve noticed that 2 medium fried eggs have a much lower calorie count than 2 medium scrambled eggs! Why would that be true. Both are prepared with oil or butter. I don’t get it. Anyone have an explanation? I’d be very interested. Thanks.

MFP’s Carbs vs. Total Carbs
Does MFP’s “Carbs” tracking count the Total Carbs, and then break out Fiber as a subset of the carbs? Or does it count only “net” carbs under Carbs, and Carbs + Fiber gives me Total Carbs?
