Hi All, Does anyone know a good way to track getting 300g veggies every day. I have been using MFP for a couple of years, and I am trying to establish a habit to get better carbs. Tracking veggie carbs in MFP would be a huge help for me. Thanks !

Lemon water vs regular
I have a hard time drinking regular water. However, I can drink 64-80 oz of Nestle lemon water without a problem. Is the flavored water really bad for you or am I okay to keep drinking it?

coffee hinder weight loss?
I often drink coffee ,but always black, no cream or no sugar at all, just regular instant coffee. On average 1 cup a day. Sometime 2. maybe the odd time 3 times a day, but rare, would drinking coffee by any means hinder? weight loss? or fat increase?

Confused about nutrition page
Just logged my breakfast. If I manually add up the fat grams listed for each food, it’s about 15 g. However, on my macros page, it says 28 g. I double checked that I haven’t entered any other food today. Why the discrepancy? And, that was the grams listed, not the percentage.
