I hate water!

Flossing credits?
Do you subtract calories for the food you pulled out of your teeth while flossing? After all, you didn't eat it so it doesn't count right? Or do you only eat back half of your flossed calories?

Lost 10 pounds in January and Gained 2 in February!! :/
So I tend to be in the gym 6/7 days a week.. My diet is based on 1200 calories; which i was doing very well at.. However, I did the same thing in February as I did January. So now I am considering upping my calories to at least 1400.. Will this actually help?.. Needing your advice..

need a push?
I lost 80 some lbs before joining MFP. Now I seem to be losing so very slowly. I had my BMI calculated and 40lbs ago I was told to eat 1600 calories to lose weight. Now I eat an avg of 1400-1500 and activity avgs 500 calories a day. Look at my diary and tell me what yu think. I know I eat some healthy junk. fire away!

I just got some soy protein powder (chocolate) and it says to drink 20-30 minutes after a workout. I normally workout in the morning so should I drink this for breakfast, or should I eat my oatmeal and banana for breakfast and have the powder drink for a snack around 3pm?
