Nutrition information Shrimp cocktail
Has anybody ever picked up the shrimp cocktail from Northgate supermarkets? It has avocado and all kinds of veggies. It does not come with any nutrition level. Can anybody help?

CONFUSED WITH MY OATMEAL!!!
okay, so I am a little confussed here, I thought you guys could offer up some advice. Usually I eat some sort of oatmeal for breakfast.
