Is there anything that you don't log?
I don't tend to log milk in cereal. I only drink skimmed milk and usually put much less in than a normal portion. I don't log my cups of tea/coffee either, because tea and coffee without milk shouldn't have any calories, or minimal, and again, I only put a drop of skimmed milk into my tea/coffee (plus I only drink a…

Pub Sunday Roast
How many calories does a typical roast beef or chickend sunday roast at a pub have? I just randomly put this in my food diary but the amounts vary from 700-1000 calories and I'm not sure which is the most accurate. Is it really that unhealthy since roasts tend to have a lot of veg? 1000 calories seems like a lot.

I have just changed my calorie goal, as i want to aim to lose 1.5lb a week instead of just 1lb, and now it has adjusted all of my previous food diary entries so it now looks like I went over calories in the last couple of weeks. How annoying, does anyone know how to change the goals without this happening? Thanks, Alison
