pre workout snacks vs fasted workouts???
I go to the gym at about 7.30 before my lectures, and never seem to have time for breakfast (probably because im lazy) whats better working out on a empty stomach or a pre workout snack and if so whats good to eat before the gym, I mainly do cardio because my shoulders have problems and i cant lift a lot :)

Substitution
I want to try and eliminate coffee and caffeine from my diet. I love coffee in the morning only. I presently drink 2 cups of half regular, half decaf black. Does anyone have any suggestions on a substitution beverage (hot) that I could try.

Help! I slept too much and didn't eat yesterday!
So, I work night shifts and for various reasons have been slightly sleep deprived the last month or so. Yesterday, my body finally caught up and I slept for 18 hours straight. In doing so, I missed almost a full days worth of food. What do I do now? Eat a lot more today? Thanks :(

Im new here to mfp and was using noom beforehand.. On noom my calories allowance was 1200 and seemed i could hardly eat anything Here on mfp its 1370 and im coming up under 1100 everyday but eating way more than noom.... Thoughts please?! Has anyone else noticed anything like this?
