Are fruit sugars bad?
When I fill out my daily diary and put in the fruits that I eat I always end up going over my sugars limit for the day. Should I even count these sugars the same way I count refined, processed sugars or are natural sugars different.

How have I lost nothing?!
I'm soo gutted! I've stuck to 1200 calories a day and sometimes eaten into my exercise calories. I've been walking loads and done 6 days of 30ds. The first week I lost 5lbs and last week I'd lost 4lbs so don't understand it? Can anyone shed some light?x

Pattern of starving...
I have noticed that about every 3-4 weeks, I go through a pattern of absolute starvation! I usually blow it and eat about 500 more calories (sometimes more!) for that day or two.
