Nutrition values for meats - how to figure out?
I just put an "outside round oven roast" in the crockpot for tonight's dinner. How do I figure out the serving size and nutrition values? I'm having a hard time figuring out values for meat like roasts, ground beef, chicken, pork, etc. TIA! Dani

How to eat more calories?
Hey guys, I have a 1310 daily goal, but, of course, when I burn more calories I earn more calories. I've read so many places that I should try to eat all my calories. I ate a lot of low fat crisps, is this a bad thing?
I literally eat about 3-5 packets of weight watchers crisps a day, they are low calories and they're all I grab when I want a snack etc. Is this very bad? and if so, is there any other low calorie snacks that I could eat? I have a real bad snacking habit :/
