Meal 4 on Shred?
I dowloaded the Shred book to my Nook, and am a little confused on how the PRIME week works and what Meal 4 would be. If Meal 1 is breakfast, 2 is lunch and 3 is dinner (at 3:30?)...then what is Meal 4 at 7:00? And is there a way to have meal 3 for dinner at 5:00 or 6:00 instead of eating later? Do any of at a snack at…

how many of you get your 8 cups of water in consistently?
Just wondering. : ) Do you have any tricks/routines you do for it? I usually drink one 20oz bottle in the morning, one during lunch, and then sip two more during the rest of the day. This also helps me remember when to make food so I don't get super hungry and eat a quick fix- after my morning water bottle is empty, it's…

Protein question??
I'm doing a total-body circuit weight training routine. I have been reading that since I'm lifting weights now, I should be taking in a gram of protein per pound of body weight. Yet, MFP has my goal total of 76. Is that also measured in grams? Or should I be taking in double that??
