P90X Phase 1
Ok, I admit I'm not real active on here, but I do stalk just about every day. Just a little background, in April I was 263 and I used MFP to get ahold of my diet and started working out and now down to right around 200. I have quit logging food as I have a pretty good idea of what I should eat. The next thing I want to do…

Lesson? Read nutritional info BEFORE ordering
I was out with my children today at the mall. We had errands to run and my daughter (4) who has been poorly has been asking if she can have a yogenfruz fruit 'ice cream' (frozen yoghurt) since she started to feel better. Our timing was a bit off and so we had lunch at the food court. In the food court there is a mine field…

Since I've lost a few pounds, it changed it to 1450, but today I decided that maybe it would be better to change my activity level to light, since I use my exercise bike almost every day. What's the Weight of Your Meat?
Really stupid question, but when you enter 4oz chicken breast, is that the pre-cooked weight, or the weight of the breast after cooking? I know, for instance at McDonald's, a Quarter Pounder is 1/4lb pre-cooked, but I wasn't sure how meat is supposed to be entered here on MFP.

Your Take On PB2
I regularly stir peanut butter or protein powder into Greek yoghurt for a hi-protein snack of yumminess, but PB makes the cals rocket. How would PB2 be as a substitute? Greek yoghurt needs "something" & I'm trying to boost protein intake without too many extra cals. Thanks. Sue  xxx

My husband and I started eating clean a few months ago and we have done so much research on what is really in our foods.
