Hello all. Recently I’ve been told I needed to go on a low-fat/low carb diet to bring down my triglycerides. I’m having a hard time finding foods to eat that I like. I have a very small pallet when it comes to food. Please help Thank you.

Eating enough
I have the problem where I never seem to eat enough, I should eat 1500cal per day and am lucky if I eat 1000. Now that I am spending 30 to 40 minutes a day on the treadmill it's just gotten worse. Is there any foods that are higher in calories that might help? I don't eat very big portions of anything.

Saving foods
I noticed that you can't save foods that you have logged under tour saved foods.. it appears that you need to manually enter a food to my foods. I'd like to save some things that I don't always eat, but on an occasion, but want access to them.
