I recently bought V8 splash berry blend and I had a cup with breakfast this morning. I am trying to keep track of my servings of fruit, veggies, carbs, etc... so would this count a serving of fruit and a serving of vegetables? I have my goals set at 30% protein 30% fat & 40% carbs. If I go over my protein every day by like 30 grams am I over doing it? I know we need a lot of protein, but also that too much of anything isn't good. But, I'm not sure how that applies here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :smile:
