Calcium
On the food diary, the goal to be attained is at least 100. Can anyone explain whar that means in terms of actual milligrams of calcium one needs to ingest on a daily basis. I know for older women like me, we need 1,500 mg. to ward off osteoporosis. Does anyone know for sure how to document this in that 100 figure?

Turkey breast meat portion
I eat this off the salad bar on campus almost every day, and I'm not sure if I log it right. I eyeball the portion to my palm (3.5'x4.5'x1') and log it as 200 grams. I figured since it was just thanksgiving, maybe someone has actually measured it on a scale.

Too much water?
I was recently told that I was drinking too much water. I'm supposed to drink 1/2 my body weight in oz, so 102 oz of water daily. I went over that by about 8 oz and was told that was too much water for one day????? MFP recommends 8 oz daily. Has anybody ever been told they are drinking too much water?

Making up a protein shake in advance?
How far in advance can I make up a shake? (milk, powder, whatever else..) I find that if I come home post workout I do not have the space to make it as all the children need me for something, if I made it up before I went then I could drink whilst walking/driving home.. Would that be ok?
