I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE greek yogurt. I eat it for breakfast a ton. However, I always get the vanilla flavor which has quite a bit of sugar. Hey i am so confused .Most of the internet sites say that a quarter perri chicken (breast ) has 443 kcals. However on their nandos uk site it says that a quarter breast piece has only 137 calories . I had 2 breast pieces today and dont know how many calories i consumed.137 x 2 or 443 x 2?

struggling to hit calorie amount
I know I exercise, so I probably am averaging about 1400/1500 on most days. But some days, even though I having a substantial 3 meals, I am struggling to hit 1200 calories. Is this okay?

I used to eat, on average, between 120-175 grams of sugar!!!!!!! I reduced it to 60-80 grams for a long time after that. No WONDER I am struggling to keep it closer to 29!!!!!! I am a full time college student, so my budget is tight. When I go grocery shopping I find that buying healthy foods cost me twice as much!
