Anyone know if you can remove foods (like frequent,recent) from our food diarys? Since going vegan, there are things on there I don't want to eat anymore, and it would be nice to "clean it up" .

yogurt and sugar
Hello, My eyes just got opened to the amount of sugar in yogurt, and now recently noticed that some fat free plain yogurt also have a lot of sugar.
