Every day its either salads, subway, protein shakes, fruit, and lean cuisines. Everyone on mfp says I need to eat less process foods...like what, what can i eat day to day that I actually like? Confused
I have seen posts on here about being in starvation mode. I am almost completely sure I am not starving myself seeing as I am not ever hungry. I eat when I'm hungry and I exercise but I cannot seem to lose the weight. Help?
