I put in a mini tub of hommus I had today and it said "0" protein. I thought that seeing it is made from chickpeas (which are a legume), it would be high in protein??

How to track homemade potato chips??
I've made my own potato chips using a potato and the epicure chipster. When tracking the potato, do I track the weight of it before or after it's 'dried' out?? Before I cooked the potato in the microwave it was 170 gms, when finished the total weight was 80gms. What 's the best way to track this????

A person at the office stated that you are better off to eat thousands of calories binge eating in a single day as your body can only digest so much.
