Calories in stir fry beef?
I tried to add stir fry beef to my dinner and there were about 5 options ranging in calories from 150-350. 3 of them were ~180 so I picked the average. I suppose it depends on the amount of fat in ones meat. What would you do in this scenario?

My mom is buying egg whites!
& more vegetables for omelettes, too. She was on MFP last year (200lbs, now 160) -- now that she's joining me, I asked her to buy egg whites from now on so we can eat that instead of cereal & oatmeal. I've always wanted her to get into shape, & she's even doing the 30DS with me. I'm so happy about it. I feel like my family…

Lactose intollerance gets worse anyone?
Anyone find lactose intollerance gets worse over time? The last two times I've accidentally had dairy it's been severe, lock myself in the bathroom for hours bad and write off the next 36 hours to exhaustion, nausea and general sicky feeling. The reaction is 100 times worse than it used to be. Seems totally crazy that this…

Do you count 'healthy' binges?
Obviously a surplus of 600 calories of chocolate is bad for you, but if you ate roughly that amount of calories over in fruit, nuts or vegetables and other very natural things, would you count that as a binge? and would that kind of overeating make you nervous about slowing down weight loss?

Body fortress protein - no scoop!
Recently was advised to try some body fortress vanilla protein powder. Today bought 2 lb container for $15 from Walmart. This is my first time trying it, but it says "1 scoop" or "2 scoops " I thought it usually came in the stuff, but it's not! I even just poured the whole container out into a sifter, it's not there!…

Cheat Meals?
Hi guys, I was just wondering what everyone does for cheat meals. If you have them, how many times a week and what do you eat for them? Also, if you don't have them, do you find it's hard to stick to healthier eating? I'm really torn right now. Thanks.

Looking for the MATH experts.
Hey guys/gals, I need some input. I have over 50lbs to goal so shouldn't be having a problem hitting at least 1-1.5 lb loss a week. lately its been less than .5 or nothing at all. I do NOT work out (and will not be starting) so that can be disregarded from the equation. I'm following heybales' EFFY plan - age 39. CW 194 at…

Has anyone tried weight watchers with MFP? Thoughts?
I decided to do weight watchers before I found MFP. Today for example I met my WW points but came in under the 1200 calories MFP recommends. Will that discrepancy sabotage my weight loss goals? Also thought of following weight watchers but try to meet that 1200 calorie goal. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Sorry if this…

Healthy Fat
How do you guys handle healthy fats in your diet. I had peanut butter this morning and a nut snack mix and I do not have much fat left for the day. I have been told to not worry too much about the amount of fat in nuts and other healthy foods like them. Is ok to go over fat a little when the majority of fat is healthy?…
