Glucosamine & Chondroitin
I've been running quite a bit more than usual and my knees are feeling it! They aren't too painful but sore at times. Someone suggested taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplements. Don't know much about them...who takes them and have they helped you? Any negative effects? Thanks!

Artificial Sugars...Yay or Nay
Just looking for opinions on "fake" sugars. I drink a lot of coffee (mainly where I use sugar) and I have been using Splenda. Personally I love it and love not using all that "real" sugar and calories. But I have been reading a lot on how they are bad for you. Should I stick with Splenda or just go for the real stuff?

RUNNERS - Supplements?
I keep my diet pretty balanced but I am concerned that I'm not getting enough calcium, at least as far as I can tell anyway. Don't think I need a multivitamin but am considering a calcium + D supplement. Any thoughts on this? Information from googling is spotty. Thanks for your help!
