How bad is sugar for you?
Hey, I rather enjoy my fruits and by the end of the day I usually go WAY over my sugar limits set by the site. Is it something that I should watch or is it okay to go over your limit?

Too much protien??
So I have been doing pretty well that past two days since I have been tracking my calories. I have only went over by less than 100 each day. However when I look at my nutritional goals I'm eating too much protein (30-50 g). What problems will the cause?

After 30 day shred

Potassium
I try to monitor every aspect of my health and every few months I change setting on MFP to track one or two different areas. This time I decided to check out potassium and I am very concerned. MFP sets me at 3500 and I am clearing maybe 600! Did some quick research and am more confused now! Can anyone advise on this?
